Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Issued by: Mair Rider sp. z o.o(MAIR)
1. Warranty Statement
MAIR warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
If a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, MAIR will, at its sole discretion and at no cost to the customer:
- Repair the product;
- Replace the product with one of the same or equivalent model (based on functionality, specifications, and design);
- Provide a refund of the purchase price.
Repair or replacement of a product or part does not restart or extend the warranty period.
MAIR may use refurbished parts to repair products, provided such parts are reasonably believed to be durable and capable of functioning properly for the remainder of the original warranty period.
In case of a refund or replacement, ownership of the defective product is transferred to MAIR upon receipt.
Mair reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if valid proof of purchase is not provided.
This warranty is transferable to another party.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state under U.S. consumer law.
2. Warranty Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage during transportation or shipping;
- Loss or theft of the product;
Use of the product for purposes not expressly intended or described by MAIR, including commercial use or excessive usage during the warranty period;
Acts or omissions by any party other than MAIR;
Abuse, misuse, negligence, improper use, or accidents, including use or storage in extreme environments (such as moisture, sand, or corrosive conditions), water damage, drops, or collisions;
Unauthorized disassembly, tampering, alterations, modifications, or repairs;
Use of the product in violation of laws;
Failure to follow Product’s user manuals or guidelines, including maintenance and storage requirements.
Consumable parts are not covered under this warranty for the full duration of the warranty period.
If a refund has been issued, MAIR will not repair or replace the product.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, the customer must:
Contact MAIR via the page:
👉
Provide valid proof of purchase (such as a tax invoice or receipt) clearly indicating the date of purchase.
If MAIR issues a Return Authorization (RA) number, the customer must return the product to MAIR for inspection at their own expense, ensuring the following:
The product must be safely packaged for return (preferably in original packaging).
The shipment must include the customer’s name, address, phone number, and the RA number.
The customer bears the risk of product loss or damage during return transit.
It is recommended to purchase shipping insurance.
Upon receipt of the returned product, MAIR will promptly evaluate the warranty claim and decide, at its sole discretion:
To accept the warranty claim, in which case MAIR will repair or replace the product and return it to the customer at no charge, or issue a refund or store credit as per this policy; or
To reject the warranty claim, in which case the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
MAIR will process valid claims as quickly as reasonably possible. Processing time may vary depending on technician availability and part stock if repairs are needed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The remedies outlined in Section 1(b) are the exclusive remedies available to the customer.
The total liability of MAIR for any and all claims is limited to the remedies described above.
MAIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product, even if such damages were foreseeable or caused by MAIR’s negligence.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
MAIR offers this warranty under the terms described herein regardless of:
Whether MAIR is the original manufacturer of the product; or
Whether a separate warranty has been provided by the product’s original manufacturer.
MAIR does not make any representations regarding the existence, validity, or terms of any third-party manufacturer warranties.
